This is a relative of the spider eating the fly i do believe. The macro lens i used is a favorite of mine, but i have to use the ring flash and get really close to them. I love how much detail i can end up seeing with it and i've gotten a new appreciation of spiders from doing them. There was a group on Flickr of close up insects, but i lost the link. I'll try and find it again and post it, although most of them do put me to shame. Edit:
